Submit Project Request

Institutional Research has implemented a new way to submit project requests via the Cherwell web site.  The steps are:

  • Sign into Cherwell with your SSO id and password. Opens in new window/tab.
  • Click on Service Catalog.
  • Scroll to and click on Reporting & Analytics.
  • Click on Institutional Research.
  • Click on Project Request to display the form.
  • If the form is compressed with a horizontal scroll bar on the left side of the screen, click the resize icon in the upper right hand corner of the window to expand.  This is a known issue with Cherwell.
  • Complete the form and click the submit button.
  • Your request will be routed to the Insitutional Research staff.

Use the Report a Cognos Issue link to report Cognos access issues.
